How We Cover The Country
We don't run a lot in one city and call it nationwide. We run a vetted affiliate network of professional motorcoach operators across the country — and we manage it so you don't have to.
Because we hold relationships with operators in market after market, your coach comes from near where your trip starts — not from three states away with the deadhead hours billed to you.
Your trip goes out to qualified operators who compete for it. You get the benefit of that competition instead of whatever one company happens to charge that week — and we hold the specification identical so you're comparing equals.
Operating authority, insurance, safety rating and equipment age are checked before an operator joins the network — and re-checked to stay in it. Anyone who slips below the standard comes off the list.
A mechanical issue at 6am is exactly why the network exists. One operator's bad morning becomes our problem to solve with another operator — not your program standing in a parking lot making phone calls.
Partner or not, the coach arrives carrying Bus and Plane signage and runs to our specification. Your group sees one company — the one they booked.
The operating carrier for your trip is identified in your charter agreement, in writing, before you sign. We manage the trip; a named, licensed and insured motorcoach operator carries it out.
Plainly stated
Bus and Plane arranges and manages nationwide motorcoach transportation through a network of independent, licensed and insured motorcoach operators. We are not the carrier on every trip, and we don't pretend to be — the operator assigned to your charter is named in your agreement, and the transportation is performed under that operator's operating authority and insurance.
What doesn't change is the experience. The coach that pulls up carries Bus and Plane signage, the trip is run to our specification, and you deal with us start to finish — one number, one inbox, one company accountable. That structure is the reason we can hold one standard in Dallas, Denver and Detroit.
