The Week
Three park days. One beach day.
Every departure runs the same five-day shape. Your group’s exact day-by-day — which park on which day, the Daytona day, the CityWalk dinner — is issued to every booked traveler before departure.
Board the coach in your departure city, ride down to Orlando as a group, and check into the hotel. Dinner on arrival.
A three-day park-to-park ticket across Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and Epic Universe — you move between parks on the same day. One evening is dinner at Hard Rock Cafe on CityWalk or Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs.
A full day on the Atlantic at Daytona Beach — the coach takes the group over and brings it back.
Check out, board, and ride home to the same pickup point you left from.
Final day-by-day issued to booked travelers before departure. Park order and the beach day are set per departure group.

Students room four to a room; chaperones two to a room. Seats are limited on each departure — when a coach fills we add another where we can, so book the departure you want early rather than late.
Because travelers are minors, every traveler must submit a medical insurance card and relevant health information before departure. The Medical, Health, Illness & Assumption of Risk Waiver and Release now expressly covers swimming and water-activity risks, and the Participant Code of Conduct includes the water-activity rules in Section 21. Both documents must be signed; a parent or legal guardian must sign for every traveler under 18.
Package pricing is based on current supplier rates and is subject to availability until deposit and supplier confirmations are secured.
Bus and Plane is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Universal Orlando Resort, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood or Disney Springs. Park tickets and restaurant meals are purchased on your behalf as part of the package.

Sending a teenager away for five days is a decision, not a purchase. Here is exactly how this is run.
An information session in your city
Once your departure is booked and before it leaves, we hold a session in your city — introductions, the rules in full, a Q&A for parents, and a meet-and-greet for the kids who will be rooming together. You meet the people running the trip and the families your child is travelling with.
Boys and girls on separate floors
Rooms are blocked boys and girls, and so are the hotel floors — one floor is boys only, the other is girls only. The only exception is a family travelling together.
Book as a four, room as a four
Students room four to a room. If your child books with three friends, that is their room. Booking alone is fine too — we place them, and the information session is where they meet the group first.
Chaperones travel with the group
Chaperones ride the same coach and stay in the same hotel, two to a room, and a Bus and Plane host is with the group the whole week.
Paperwork, because they are minors
Every traveler submits a medical insurance card and relevant health information, then signs the Medical & Health Waiver and Code of Conduct. The health waiver covers the Daytona swimming and water-activity risks, and the conduct policy lists the water rules in Section 21. A parent or legal guardian signs both documents for every traveler under 18.
A code of conduct with teeth
Serious or repeated violations can mean immediate removal from the trip, no refund where permitted, and responsibility for getting the participant home. Every participant and, for minors, every parent or guardian signs the conduct policy before departure.

$100 holds the seat
A $100 non-refundable deposit books it. Four monthly payments follow on Oct 4, Nov 3, Dec 3 and Jan 2, so nobody misses a trip over one big invoice.
Bring your people
Students who bring friends can earn trip spending credit for each paid registration. Youth pastors, mentors and organizers earn $25 for every paid traveler they bring; bring more than 30 paid travelers and your own trip is free.
