What We Book
The right size coach, not the one that was free.
Group size, luggage, route length and budget all change the answer. We spec it with you before anyone quotes a number.
Full-size motorcoach
The workhorse: 54–56 reclining seats, on-board restroom, climate control, PA and overhead storage. Right for anything from a day trip to a multi-day run.
Mid-size coach
Roughly 30–40 seats. The same ride quality in a shorter body — easier into tight venues, campuses and neighborhood pickups, and usually cheaper than a full coach you will not fill.
Executive coach & sprinter
Smaller premium groups, leadership teams and VIP transfers. Leather, tables, and a vehicle that fits where a 45-foot coach simply cannot go.
On board
Reclining seats, restroom, climate control, PA system, and power at the seat on most equipment. WiFi and monitors are available — ask for them at quote so they are written into the agreement, not hoped for.
Luggage and equipment
Undercarriage bays that swallow suitcases, instrument cases, equipment trunks and uniforms. Tell us what travels with you and we spec the bay space instead of discovering it at the curb.
Accessibility
ADA-accessible coaches with wheelchair lifts are available on request in most markets. Flag it at quote — lift-equipped equipment needs to be reserved specifically, never assumed.

The coach is confirmed in writing
Equipment type, amenities and the operating carrier are all named in your agreement before you sign.
Plainly stated
We manage the trip. A vetted operator drives it.
Bus and Plane arranges and manages your transportation through a network of independent, licensed and insured motorcoach operators. The operator assigned to your trip is named in your charter agreement before you sign, and the transportation is performed under that operator's operating authority and insurance.
