Reunions

Everyone in one place.
Finally.

Family reunions, class reunions, homecomings. The whole point is being together, which is difficult to achieve across nine cars, four navigation apps and one uncle who insists he knows a shortcut.

What We Handle

The bus is where half of it actually happens.

Ask anyone who has run one: the ride is not the boring part.

01

Family reunions

Multi-day weekends with several pickups, built for a group spanning grandparents to toddlers. Restroom on board, and no one left behind at a rest stop.

02

Class reunions

Hotel-to-venue shuttles and late-night returns, so the night ends the way it should and nobody drives.

03

City tours and sightseeing

Add a guided day — the city everyone grew up in, or the one nobody has seen yet.

04

Airport pickups

Family flying in across a day of arrivals, gathered and moved without six separate rental cars.

05

Hotel shuttles

Continuous service between the hotel block and the venue for the length of the event.

06

One person to call

A single coordinator for the whole weekend, which matters when the person organizing this is also related to everyone attending.

How It Works

Three steps. That's the whole thing.

01

Tell us the trip

Dates, headcount, pickup and destination. Approximate is fine to start.

02

We quote it

Equipment matched to the group, priced by operators competing for the work.

03

We run it

One point of contact from the quote to the last drop-off.

Plainly stated

We manage the trip. A vetted operator drives it.

Bus and Plane arranges and manages your transportation through a network of independent, licensed and insured motorcoach operators. The operator assigned to your trip is named in your charter agreement before you sign, and the transportation is performed under that operator's operating authority and insurance.

You deal with us start to finish — one number, one inbox, one company accountable for the trip. How our operator network works.

Tell us about the weekend.

Dates, roughly how many, and the places you need to move between. We will build the plan and quote it.
